Two Vintage, Turquoise Rings

Two rings with one thing in common: turquoise.

The mixed turquoise ring has conflicting origin stories. I thought it had been picked up in Africa when my Mom went on a solo trip years ago. 

Another theory is that it might be a family heirloom from an antique store in Vermont. 

Either way we don't know much about it.

Time period & origin: unknown.

The Zuni thunderbird ring was actually one of my first Etsy purchases! I love the inlaid mix of turquoise, black onyx, mother of pearl, and coral that is typical for this style of jewelry.

Upon realizing how many Zuni pieces I have, I also may have a Zuni jewelry addiction 😂.

Time period: 1930s.
