An Antique from the Victorian Era

A recent favorite is this Victorian 14k rosy gold ring complete with emerald cut garnet (possibly a doublet) and six sparkly old mine cut diamonds from Erika's Artifacts via Etsy.

The band is engraved with "Will to Mary" in a lithe script. Maybe an engagement ring or promise ring of sorts?
